1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using LangClaw, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you use the app on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

LangClaw is an AI-powered language learning application for English speaking practice.

3. User accounts

Some features may require an account. You agree to provide accurate information, maintain account security, notify us of unauthorized use, and accept responsibility for activity under your account. You may delete your account through the app settings.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use LangClaw to violate laws, infringe rights, transmit harmful or inappropriate content, gain unauthorized access, disrupt the app or servers, or reverse engineer any part of the app.

5. Intellectual property

All content, features, software, graphics, logos, images, audio, and functionality are the property of LangClaw and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. AI-generated content

LangClaw uses AI to generate responses, feedback, and learning content. AI-generated content may contain errors. The app is a learning aid and should not be treated as the sole source of language instruction.

7. Subscriptions and payments

LangClaw may offer auto-renewable subscription plans such as monthly or yearly Pro access. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at purchase confirmation, and subscriptions renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

• Subscription prices are displayed in the app and may vary by region and currency.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your device settings under Apple ID subscriptions.
• Refund requests are handled by Apple according to Apple refund policies.

8. Privacy

Your use of LangClaw is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect personal information.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

LangClaw is provided on an AS IS and AS AVAILABLE basis without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LangClaw and its developers shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

11. Changes to terms

12. Termination
